TLIE307A Participate in Basic Workplace Communication

Nationally Accredited Training

As of 30 June 2014, Agenda Communication is no longer registered to deliver the nationally accredited Unit of Competence, Participate in Basic Workplace Communication (TLIE1003A), which is part of the Transport and Logistics Training Package (TLI10). 

However, if you are interested in having this training conducted in your workplace, we will be happy to look at partnering with another RTO, and delvering the training under their aegis. 

The key skills covered in the unit are:

• Communicate information about routine tasks, processes, events or skills;
• Participate in group discussions to achieve appropriate work outcomes; and
• Represent views of the group to others

Successful completion of this Unit of Competence leads to a nationally-recognised Statement of Attainment.

As with all our training programs, we conduct pre-assessment interviews with potential participants to determine their needs and readiness to attend the training program.

We can deliver this to individuals or small groups on-site in your workplace.
