About this workshop
This full-day workshop covers the basics of English Grammar including:
The main word groups
The basic sentence patterns
Subject-verb agreement
Passive structures
Some common grammar errors
This workshop also looks at some practical and fun ways of integrating grammar teaching into communicative tasks.
It is applicable to both ESL and literacy teachers.
Please note: This workshop is not intended to be a one-day alternative to the Teach Me Grammar program, although this may be viewed as a taster for that program or as a refresher for those teachers who already have some understanding of basic grammatical concepts and terminology.
